feeling older

So we had a $300 grocery shopping bill two weeks ago. The most groceries either of us have ever bought! Granted, we rarely go for full-blown grocery shopping (we have two (somewhat pricey) 24hr grocery stores, a fruit and vegetable stand and a natural food store on our block) so we stocked up on cheap commodities, but Jesus Christ. 

Thankfully, I just received my largest zine order ever, over $200, for a literature course in a Québec City cégep.  So that should balance my finances out a bit.

I need a zine icon. Actually I need a whole slew of new icons, I'm sick of most of them, and some are out of date.


Tabnet is still down, hence this entry. Ugh.

That amount of money paid for groceries was what my parents would pay (adjusted for inflation) for a family of 5 when we were kids.

what, what?! that is seriously awesome. do you know anything about the course and the context with which your stuff will be used?
