Dear OnHop.ca,
When I bought a MacBook recently, I realized that I had to protect my investment. That is why, after investigating the case options, I found out on Wishabi.ca that you had the cheapest price for the model I chose. I ordered the item, and low and behold, when I came home the next day, it had already arrived. The box was suspiciously large, like a foot tall. I opened the box, and I was flabbergasted to find enough packing paper to print a newspaper:

The strip of paper was so long, I could actually wrap my entire self with it and have spare length for a jumbo sized turban:

In fact, I measured the paper, and it's 40 feet long. That's twice the length of the human digestive tract, if I recall well.
Dear OnHop.ca, why did you use so much paper?
You could have used a smaller box. This one was clearly too large:

I mean, this is a protective case. Why does it need so much padding? It's supposed to protect my MacBook, so hopefully it can protect itself well.
And yet, and yet. In spite of this kilometre-long strip of paper, you still managed to send me a case with some damage on it:

What was the use of the paper then?
Dear OnHop.ca, I love your prices, but obviously you've got to do better in terms of useless packaging.
Yours truly,
frandroid
