Whoa, check out Keith Olbermann cowering and apologizing to Stewart! That's way too cute.
(If you've seen Stewart's rant when I posted it, you can skip to the 8th minute or so...)

Why does fucking Canada Post not have a full letter-rate (oh sorry!  it's Lettermailâ„¢ now!) chart posted on their website in HTML?  Why do I have to click through 5 PAGES to get the most important piece of information on that site?  Then why are you forcing me to open up a PDF file?  What's the use of this PDF?  Why is there no HTML option?

They've basically acknowledged that their site is useless because they're posted the three standard rates (domestic, U.S. and Int'l) on their homepage, but for us suckers who have to send more than a letter of thanks or a collections notice, the rates are HIDDEN.

Even when you load the PDF, the information is hidden below the fold.  The relevant information is front-loaded with information scarcely anyone ever uses.

Also?  I used to have neat bookmarks leading to all the information I needed on that site. What do you think happened when they redesigned everything? They're leading to other pages now.

They have this marvelous page to find a rate--Why do I have to enter a postal code when it's the same rate across the country?  Why?  Why???  I just want the fucking weight/size/price chart!!!

Then they complain that no one is using their service and that they have to increase the lettermail rates.  Fuck you, Canada Post site designers.  Mangez un gros crisse de char de marde.
