I read this because they discussed it on the foreign policy panel on Studio 2 and their new guy (Jonathan Koppstein) called it completely nonsensical while Pat Martin from the Globe was disputing that and calling it quite sensible... So anyway, now I know that their new analyst is a propagandist and that I can keep trusting Martin.
