I really should have linked to Pierre Foglia's columns earlier for you people who read French... He's the best columnist on the Tour de France that you will read in your life. Every year he says he's retiring, but the following year, like an addicts, he goes right back and continues his narration. It's a program that they do before the tour... it's not instantaneous. They have to dose and take it over time. and they use combined treatments as well, EPO (almost indetectable), oxygenated blood (absolutely undetectable), etc.

He says that they're all doped, every single one of them. He's been saying it for years. That the int'l cycling union would rather close its eyes, etc.
