Foglia on Landis

I really should have linked to Pierre Foglia's columns earlier for you people who read French... He's the best columnist on the Tour de France that you will read in your life. Every year he says he's retiring, but the following year, like an addicts, he goes right back and continues his narration. So anyway, La Presse, which has shelters its columnists under its pay-wall, had freed Foglia during the Tour, and
here he writes about how Landis used his testosterone and probably why he got caught (or the painful google translation). No, he didn't have a testosterone spread after his day off and then win afterwards, it doesn't work like that.
I really like the comparison to the Middle East at the end...

Date: 2006-07-29 06:46 am (UTC)All of them take one before the tour and it activates slowly so as to be indetectable usually? Is that right?
And he maintains that Armstrong did this too?
I read that bad English translation unfortunately. Heh.
