I am an interests-whore. I am consistently remodelling my LJ interests list. The first thing I do when I add a new user in my friends list is to load up their interests list so that I can add those that we share. However I am always a bit too enthusiastic, so I end up adding far too many interests... Things that I think are cool, but that I don't actually pay much attention to. So I go through a regular purge as well, like I just did. I think that eventually I'd like to boil down the list to some 25 interests, things that really define me. ("vegan lesbians" ? veganism yeah, lesbians yeah, both together yeah, but as a specific interest? nah. that just looked cute in ethosgurl's list. Yet I keep adding stuff.

Lists are fun.

hah. I didn't know that there was a limit. You've obviously been abusing more than I have. Sex and girls have been quite annoying to see in people's profiles indeed. I just removed "art" and "travel" among others.
