frandroidIndian Kashmir has summer and winter capitals. I think the tradition goes at least as far back as the Mughal Empire. I wish Canada had a summer capital, a place like Iqaluit, Alert or Yellowknife... Ottawa's pleasant enough for winter. Maybe we could have spring and fall capitals too.
