Yeah, that probably doesn't help. But from what I can read, I think that the movement might be stifled at this point. Of course, Kanshi Ram's big goal of converting 20 million people was huh... pretty ambitious, but the interesting idea was that the movement would go beyond dalits to reach out to other castes.
