I have won a tattoo in a solidarity fundraiser auction. I don't have any tattoo yet but obviously bid because I wanted to change that. sabotabby I might brainstorm with you to workshop the design once I've had a chat with the artist to understand her process... It's just a 1-2 inch thing though so it's a bit less than what I was thinking lol.

A note: If you really want something a bit larger, you could probably negotiate with the artist to treat your auction winnings as a discrete quantity, e.g. this pays for 1 hour of tattoo time, and then you purchase whats needed above that. Just a thought.

I hope you like the artist! If I had $ and time I'd probably have ten times as many tattoos as I do currently.

Yay! The advice I got before my tattoo was: do not drink [alcohol] beforehand because you will apparently bleed more & then it will not look as nice.

Haha yeah I know from experience that blood runs thinner with alcohol 😅
