No, it came out in 2010. But Snyder taught it in his Ukraine history course last fall which was also a popular podcast, and I guess there's the war in Ukraine. TPL has 21 copies of it and there are still 16 holds on it, to give you an idea of its current popularity. Or maybe you just saw my comment on J's wall? :)
