I had used a meta-episode guide that compiled rate averages from 5 or 6 different episode guides. I've just spent the last 10 minutes trying to track it to no avail. Maybe you'll have better luck? That meta guide was pretty decent, other than skipping over Threshold and Tuvix. :P (Clearly the word "meta" wasn't the key word to find it, you'll have to get creative...)

Maybe binge the first 3 seasons on your own, and bring him on board for when the Borg/Seven get in the series? I think the key for me was to focus on Janeway, Seven and the Doctor as the key characters/actors to fully appreciate the series.
