65 die, 200 hurt after India train crash:
SARDIHA, INDIA—Suspected Maoist rebels derailed an overnight passenger train Friday in eastern India, triggering a crash with an oncoming cargo train that killed at least 65 people and injured an additional 200 in eastern India, officials said.

Straight-up targeting of civilians? This isn't quite the same thing as attacking a police station....
