A hockey coach with literature on his mind!
Quick story: [Ron] Wilson was ticked that referee Marc Faucette seemed to be favouring the home side as he stood behind the visitors' bench. He summoned a linesman to skate over to Faucette with a question.
"Go over and ask him who wrote The Iliad and The Odyssey," Wilson instructed the official. From the bench, he could see Faucette mouth the word "Homer." The linesman skated back to Wilson chuckling: "I think he got your point."
