A few nitpickers and I argued over this quote: "...If poverty is reduced, peace will prevail on earth.", for a good 15 minutes as to whether or not the statement was translated, with anarchy being substituted for "chaos" or "turmoil".

An interesting choice, considering the amount of dialogue that a more controversial laureate could've sparked. Someone like last year's IAEA laureate would've been far more entertaining I think.
